The American rom with 60 fps (30 fps for NTSC) doesn't exist because the Sega original game was never released in USA. The other European roms (E) contain 50 fps (25 fps for PAL/SECAM) as usual thats why the total animation will be displayed too slow in the monitor. It's just one that has the necessary 60 fps (compatible with PC monitor frame rate). THAT'S IMPORTANT: To emulate this Sega Megadrive game you should run only the modified rom Donald in Maui Mallard (E). There was only SNES version a year later made by Eurocom, which was totally different (I dislike it for too childish gameplay) and the PC-version that was the remake of Genesis original game. It was published in Brazil and Europe only (of course, in Russia too). Creative Capers, had never seen the US market. Unfortunately, the original Megadrive version of Maui Mallard, developed in 1995 by Disney Interactive feat.
